Helping families and communities through Ramadan
The Ramadan campaign provides food packs and iftaar support in Burewala and Bahawalpur. The Ramadan 2026 target is 500 food packs.
Food packs for families
Each pack includes flour, rice, oil or ghee, lentils, salt, sugar, dates, and tea. Packs cost about $30 each and are prepared for families of 4 to 8 people.
Street iftaar in Burewala
Iftaar is served in Burewala for people who need a meal at the time of opening fast.
Government Hospital iftaar
Iftaar is served at Government Hospital, Burewala, supporting patients, carers, and people at the hospital.
Bahawalpur shelter home iftaar
Iftaar is served at a blind children’s shelter home and madrassa in Bahawalpur.
Ramadan 2026 target
The target is 500 food packs. A fundraising event raised about $4,000, expected to support around 150 to 170 food bags.
At about $30 per pack, each donation helps cover staple food items for a family.
